**Job Responsibilities: -**
- Office Ambassador for Management Floor.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for all staff members as required.
- Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings.
- Assist in the preparation and editing of documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of office expenses and manage expense reports.
- Company asset management such as office supplies, inventory, and procurement of equipment or services as needed.
- Coordinate and oversee office maintenance and repairs, liaising with vendors and service providers.
- Desk planning management according to the company recruitment planning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
**Job Requirements: -**
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
- **At least 1 years of relevant experience** with proven work experience as as Office Administrative, Office Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- **Comfort in a start-up environment and ability to work independently with mínimal direction.**:
- **Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) are essential.**
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
