**Requirements**
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor graduate in related field.
- Good command of English and Mandarin.
- Knowledge in accounting an added advantage.
**Responsibilities**
- Prepares documents, correspondences, minutes of meetings.
- Manages front-desk activities, including receiving guests, answering and redirecting phone calls.
- Handles monthly account related tasks and banking.
- Involved in general administrative work, filing and organisation of office documents.
- Upkeeps the order and cleanliness of the office and manage office equipment & supplies.
- Coordinates office activities and assist with staff-related matters.
- Provides personal assistance to the Principal and manage ad hoc tasks assigned by the
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Yearly bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
