Job Title: Duty Manager / Assistant Front Office Manager

Overview:

K Healing Spa is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Duty Manager / Assistant Front Office Manager. This role requires a pleasant and warm personality, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail.
  2. Answer phones and operate a switchboard.
  3. Route calls to specific people.
  4. Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
  5. Call persons waiting for visitors and book them a room to meet in.
  6. Record and book rooms for scheduled meetings.
  7. Maintain a tidy reception area.
  8. Manage customer booking schedules.
  9. Coordinate mail flow in and out of the office.
  10. Perform basic filing and clerical duties as needed.
  11. Take and relay messages.

Requirements:

  1. Must speak Mandarin due to business nature.
  2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  3. Pleasant looking, warm personality, good interpersonal skills.
  4. Good understanding and strong human relation skills.
  5. Able to work independently.
  6. Able to meet deadlines with the right sense of urgency.
  7. Self-proactive, initiative, and motivated attitude are a MUST.
  8. Solid communication skills both written and verbal.
  9. Telephone skills, verbal communication, Microsoft Office skills, listening, professionalism, customer focus.
  10. Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
