Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all administrative matters within the office. This includes planning and managing office administration, sourcing and negotiating contracts with suppliers, and maintaining a reliable group of contractors.

Responsibilities also include day-to-day maintenance and cleanliness of the office, securing office space, and monitoring tenancy agreements. The ideal candidate will ensure timely purchase of office equipment and furniture, as well as timely payment to contractors and suppliers.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will comply with company policies related to Quality, Safety & Health, and Environment. Any other duties assigned by management are also expected to be carried out effectively.
