- Verify data information using Microsoft Excel.
- Call customers to encourage account opening and follow up with them if the information provided is incorrect.
- Liaise with other teams on the data information collected.
- Assist in packing premiums into a gifting box and stock take on current premiums.
- Re-arranging and record premiums in storeroom.

**Job Requirements**:

- SPM and above.
- Minimum 6 Months to 1 year of working experience in customer service, telemarketing field.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, for both spoken and written.
- Good in Microsoft Excel and Word, computer literate.
- Pleasant personality and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to start immediately, possess own transport, and to work in Damansara Utama.
