PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Accountable for managing incidents throughout its lifecycle until closure and leading post incident review between different functions to ensure continuous improvement of process and operations.
- Stakeholders Management - managing stakeholder’s expectation and keeping them updated on incident progress regularly.
- Ensuring identified business impacts are adequately addressed through business readiness plans, communications and engagement.
- Responsible in managing infra related initiative/projects by working closely with users, relevant Business Partners, Regional Technology teams, cross-functional team and even vendors as appropriate to take ownership for the end-to-end delivery.

**JOB SPECIFICATION**:

- Degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Certified with ITIL Foundation
- Relevant experience of 7 years and above, with a minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in service management managing incident and infrastructure.
- Proven experience in working within cross-functional team with demonstrated skills in planning and delivery.
- Experience within life insurance is an added advantage.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders at senior management level.
- Exceptional skills in influencing and negotiation to constructively challenge status quo to achieve productive solutions / outcomes.
- Exceptional critical problem-solving skills and attention to details.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
