**What you will do**:
- Develop and execute win/win negotiation strategies for account contract renewals to maximize contract value and strengthen customer trust.
- Collaborate with Merchant Success Managers to create data-driven renewal strategies for each customer.
- Identify growth opportunities and drive incremental revenue upon contract renewal.
- Partner with internal teams, including Competitive Intelligence, Pricing, Product Management, Legal, and Sales Operations, to develop comprehensive 'win' strategies.
- Provide executive management with complete visibility to renewals and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain renewal forecasts and communicate any uncovered risks for resolution strategies.
- Adhere to best practices for Opportunity Management, Data Quality, and Forecasting.
- Engage in strategic account planning with key stakeholders to ensure accountability across teams.
**; Requirements: - How you will need to be**:
- 2-3 years of demonstrated success in Account Management with a focus on negotiating contracts.
- Strong negotiation and objection handling skills for value-based contract discussions.
- Process management, financial acumen, and adherence to policy.
- Excellent customer management skills and the ability to engage in persuasive conversations with customers.
- Agility in reacting and adapting to potential rapid shifts in priorities and organizational policies.
- Ability to manage transactions through different stages using technology.
- Proactive approach towards taking on additional tasks or pilot projects for departmental or organizational benefit.
