Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance Assembly yield and reduce scrap rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Program, troubleshoot, and maintain manufacturing process equipment to meet yield targets.
  • Support engineering initiatives to evaluate and recommend solutions for soldering, epoxies, and new equipment installations.
  • Develop and implement Manufacturing Work Instructions and production routes.
  • Apply knowledge of SPC and Risk Management/FMEA to drive process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science/Engineering degree, preferably in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in high mix and high volume manufacturing environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with machine troubleshooting.
  • Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of SAS JMP, Minitab, and SPC.
  • Ability to adapt to rapid changes in business needs and lead a team of process personnel.
