We're seeking a seasoned Sr. Manager Business Development to lead our Sales team and drive business growth through strategic partnerships and innovative sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute business development plans that align with our company's goals and objectives.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through relationship-building and strategic partnerships.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
  4. Provide coaching and mentoring to our Sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  5. Maintain accurate records and reports to measure progress and optimize business development efforts.
Requirements
  • At least 15 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in strategic partnership development and management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
