Regional Business Development Lead

We're seeking an experienced Commercial Leader to lead our Sales Team in Malaysia and drive significant revenue and profit growth through effective management of sales & applications activities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, distributor management, sales management, and/or marketing roles in Southeast Asia.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving market leads and converting them to sales opportunities, partnering with regional marketing leads to develop sufficient funnel and managing quality funnel and hygiene. They will also be expected to identify KOLs for each market and manage relationships to drive commercial opportunities and pricing.
