Overview
As a key member of the HR team, the Manager, Performance & Rewards will play a vital role in shaping the company's reward strategy and ensuring its alignment with industry best practices. This position will require strong collaboration with various stakeholders, including the Director of People Experience, CEO & EXCO members, and other local business units within Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement end-to-end performance management cycle for the organisation
- Lead CEO & EXCO members KPI setting alignment sessions
- Develop and deliver PM and Rewards workshops for all employees and performance managers
- Manage Year End Review cycle ie annual salary increment, bonus payout and LTI proposals
- Facilitate year-end calibration conversations with EXCOs and Head of Departments
- Prepare Board papers and proposals for approval
- Oversee projects related to the Performance & Rewards function
- Foster collaboration with Prudential Group and other local business units within Malaysia
- Manage staff cost budgeting for PruBSN and work closely with Finance in managing staff cost
- Participate in remuneration surveys with Willis Towers Watson consultants
- Guide the wider HR team on Job Evaluation based on WTW methodology
