About the Role">

As a Facilities Executive at International Schools Partnership Limited, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our school facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the facilities team, ensuring that all tasks are completed promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities">
  • ">
  • To oversee the daily activities of the facilities team, prioritizing tasks and allocating responsibilities as needed.">
  • To ensure the safety and well-being of all team members, including sub-contractors, while performing their duties.">
  • To monitor and respond to work requests from staff and teachers within 24 hours, justifying the priority of tasks to be executed.">
  • To conduct routine checks on facilities and equipment to ensure they are in good condition, adhering to safety policies and regulations.">
  • To collaborate with the Facilities Manager on daily job tasks and maintenance schedules.">
  • To supervise contractors and vendors' work, ensuring timely completion, quality, and cleanliness prior to final sign-off.">
  • To troubleshoot technical issues and be willing to work extra hours for special events or functions.">
  • To oversee the work of service providers, such as security, cleaners, and landscape teams.">
  • To assist the Facilities Manager with budget planning, pricing, and sourcing quotations.">
  • To raise RFs upon approval to proceed with repairs, renovations, or other urgent works.">
  • To monitor facilities bookings, checking availability and itinerary requests.">
  • To verify service providers' invoices and utilities bills before submitting them to the Facilities Manager.">
  • To purchase stationery items, pantry supplies, hardware, and spare parts as needed.">
  • To inspect school buildings, facilities, and structures to determine repair or renovation needs.

  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to develop effective professional relationships and support each other in achieving shared goals.">
  • To communicate effectively with parents, staff, and transporters.">
  • To undertake additional reasonable duties requested by staff and teachers, particularly regarding classroom and facilities defects.">
  • To adhere to the school's policies and procedures at all times.

  • To publicize and celebrate achievements.">
  • To assist with organizing open evenings, consultation events, and other activities related to the school.">
