Order Administration Specialist

As a key member of Trimble Inc.'s team, you will play a vital role in supporting business divisions with order management. Your primary responsibility will be to receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently via various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders using Trimble's order management systems.
- Support sales teams with quote preparation and conversion to orders.
- Monitor order status and communicate with customers regarding delays or issues.
- Provide timely and courteous responses to customer inquiries.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, software, or supply chain management preferred.
- 1-2 years experience in order administration, sales support, or related fields.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
