This is an exciting opportunity to join CADVision Systems Sdn Bhd as a Sales Engineer in our inside sales team. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and executing a lead generation plan, interacting with key decision makers, and continually improving your sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and accomplish a region lead generation plan, meeting or exceeding monthly or annual targets.
  2. Responsible for new account development, honing your selling skills by speaking to key decision makers.
  3. Evaluate client requirements and provide solutions.
  4. Organize, plan, and properly schedule sales activities.
  5. Execute marketing activities in promotion.
  6. Follow up with prospects on a regular/scheduled basis to secure deals as soon as possible.

  10. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing set targets.
  11. Ability to achieve sales targets set by management.
  12. Seek personal and team improvements through ongoing upgrading of sales skills and knowledge.
