Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute plans including metrics and budgets for own area in line with overall HR Administration/Shared Services strategy.
  2. Monitor and report adherence to service delivery standards, metrics, and budgets for review of implementation; seek and implement inputs for corrective actions.
  3. Understand customer and key stakeholders' interests and concerns and advise direct reports, customers, and key stakeholders.
  4. Build strong, trusting relationships with DHL Managers.
  5. Cooperate with and coordinate 3rd parties, such as external service providers.
