This senior role involves directing strategy, overseeing execution, and supervising SE managers and teams. The director will serve as the primary technical interface for key enterprise campus and data center customers in APAC.

  • Owning the strategy and overseeing the execution for the regional APAC Infrastructure System Engineering (INF SE) technical team.
  • Recruiting, managing, and developing employees, including decisions on hiring, promotions, salary adjustments, and other changes in employee status.
  • Setting, managing, and approving budgets and expenses for the regional SE team, including business travel, capital, and operational expenditures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structured cabling system design, with recent experience in designing pathways and infrastructure for Data Centers. They should possess current industry technical certification, such as BICSI RCDD, BICSI DCDC, or BICSI OSP.

A competitive salary of $170,000 - $200,000 per year is offered, depending on experience, along with benefits that include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
