Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Branch Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of our branch, driving business growth through effective management and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize branch operations to meet project requirements and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Develop and implement action plans to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and quality management.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor and control expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.

The Branch Supervisor will be responsible for administering all marketing requirements, providing optimal customer services, and preparing sales paperwork within the designated timeframe. Additionally, they will resolve customer inquiries associated with billing issues, organize safety meetings, adhere to safety regulations, and monitor phone calls from vendors and customers.

About You
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently, analyzing financial records and transferring data.
  • Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge, assisting team members to accomplish branch goals.
  • Strong customer service skills, paying strict attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a supervisor, preferably in agriculture or agribusiness.
