Job Position: Administrative Support Coordinator

Estimated Salary: RM 2,100

Working hours : Monday - Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm), Saturday (8.30am to 12.30pm)

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at Nala Groups in Kota Kinabalu.

About the Role:

This role involves providing administrative support to our team members and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
  • Respond to phone calls and manage incoming queries.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
  • Candidates with fresh graduate qualifications are also welcome to apply.
