About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local market and be able to identify new opportunities for growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing business expansion plans tailored to local market demands.
- Collaborating with our backend product and solutions teams to drive business growth.
Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or above, with preference given to candidates with relevant experience.
- Experience working for PropTech vendors or professional services companies related to real estate and construction.
- Prior experience in key account sales and business expansion with local ecosystem partners.
- Language proficiency: Good oral (Bahasa) and written communication skills in Malay; fluency in English is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities, capable of effectively collaborating with partners and establishing stable networks.
- A proactive work attitude, strong learning capability, and ability to iterate quickly.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
