About This Opportunity

We are seeking a Commercial Growth Specialist to join our team at Sun Cycle. As a Commercial Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

Your primary objective will be to build strong relationships with channel partners, vendors, and customers to identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. You will lead a team of sales representatives and provide them with the necessary guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.

You will analyze sales data and prepare regular reports for senior management on sales performance, forecasts, and market conditions.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth and achieve revenue targets within the region.
  2. Manage Sales Team: Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance, motivation, and achievement of sales targets.
  3. Partner Development: Identify and onboard new resellers, system integrators, and key accounts to expand the customer base.
  4. Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, vendors, and customers.
  5. Conduct Sales Meetings: Conduct regular sales meetings to discuss product offerings, market trends, and business opportunities.
  6. Monitor Competitors: Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
  7. Product Support: Provide product training and technical support to partners and clients as necessary.
  8. Report Performance: Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports for senior management on sales performance, forecasts, and market conditions.
  9. Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Ensure effective customer service and resolution of issues to maintain long-term customer relationships.
  10. Stay Current: Stay updated on industry developments, product offerings, and innovations.
