Job Description
Adecco Malaysia is looking for a highly motivated Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and expanding business opportunities in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent sales execution skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets and expand business opportunities in Southeast Asia.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and customer records using industry-leading sales management software.
  • Communicate product benefits and tailor solutions to customer needs through excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Manage demonstration equipment and ensure proper service commitments are met to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Organize seminars and presentations to educate and influence potential customers about our capital equipment solutions.
  • Coordinate with order administration to ensure timely order processing with our factory partners.
  • Adhere to company policies while proactively driving customer engagement and satisfaction through excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Ideal Candidate
  • Holds a technical degree in mechanical, electrical, electronics, or materials science from a reputable institution.
  • Possesses 8-10 years of direct sales experience in capital equipment or materials testing industries with a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of materials testing applications, sales strategies, and customer engagement principles.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to travel extensively across Southeast Asia, including Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
  • Demonstrates a proven ability to manage a business size of USD 5 to 10 million.
