About the Role

  • You will be responsible for developing, promoting, and penetrating the entire pet food supply business in Malaysia.
  • Your key account sales performance, debtors aging, and meeting demands of the strategic growth plan for key accounts within your territory will be closely monitored.
  • You will be responsible for banking activities, service activities, sales performance, debtors aging, and meeting demands of the strategic growth plan for the sales territory.
  • You will deliver key accounts KPIs in your team territory, including sales target, budget, debtors aging, and market share.
  • You will monitor and provide feedback on competitor activities, acting effectively to increase and protect market share.
  • You will ensure customers' debtors aging is within company targets.
  • You will work closely with the sales admin and finance team on invoice or payment discrepancies.
  • You will analyze market demand and supply situations to forecast and allocate stock for key accounts, avoiding stock supply shortfalls, expired products, and overstock.
  • You will perform feasibility audits during each shop visit.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Strong background in the pet industry or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
