Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled First Line IT Support Professional to join our team. As a First Line IT Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing technical support to users, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex problems to senior technicians.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide prompt and effective technical support via phone, email, and chat platforms.
  2. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and perform basic repairs and maintenance.
  3. Escalate complex technical issues to senior technicians or external vendors.
  4. Document and track all technical support requests and incidents using our service management system.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall service delivery.
