Client Key Account Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with key clients in the healthcare industry.
You will work closely with our Manager, Client Key Account Management to identify business opportunities and develop plans to increase revenue and profitability.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will foster close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders in communication, development, and follow-up of all clients and inventory related matters.
- You will review business plans in coordination with clients to achieve overall business objectives and profitability.
- You will manage and take responsibility for monitoring and controlling stockholding and inventory transactions for all clients including stock write offs.
- You will handle inventory issues internally, and externally with clients in a service-oriented manner.
- You will disseminate daily, monthly, and quarterly reports to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
- You will report to Manager, Client Key Account Management on departmental issues, non-conformities, and accomplishments.
- You will attend, participate, and conduct meetings (internally and externally) including cross-functional meetings.
- You will demonstrate strong understanding of clients' industry/business/products.
- You will understand the company digital tools and support services, effectively use our tools, apps including the features, benefits and how to address clients needs.
- You will perform other duties as assigned when required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- You will require 3-4 years of working experience in a related field.
- You will need to be familiar with SAP system.
