As an Omni Channel Sales Strategist at Sperton Global AS, you will be responsible for driving various activities to achieve the target Omni Channel picture. This includes driving measures and implementing steps towards achieving sales efficiency and Omni Channel targets at the country level.

You will develop and implement team selling and channel collaboration towards the Omni Channel target picture. Additionally, you will support sales teams on Customer Portfolio Management, Customer Planning, and Customer Data Management with customer and sales channel guidance according to the SOM (Sales Operation Model).

Other key responsibilities include acting as a key user for sales tools, tool enhancement requirements, and working with HQ for implementation and deriving actions accordingly. You will also collaborate with other functions to develop online sales channels towards the target Omni Channel.

Furthermore, you will constantly review progress and advise sales leaders for course correction. You will develop concepts and processes to manage channel conflicts to achieve the Omni Channel target picture.

Finally, you will drive the Lead management exercise along with Marcom to achieve the desired results and support Market Intelligence for key exercises related to market share analysis quarterly and yearly.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in any field, preferably business and marketing background. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

You will also require 1-2 years of relevant sales experience and expert-level skills in Microsoft applications like POWER BI and Power App. Knowledge of CRM Software Tools is a plus, and business intelligence tools such as SAP BI, Micro Strategy, Spotfire, and Analysis for Excel are also desirable.

Collaboration and ability to derive action plans from given KPIs are essential skills for this role. You will also be responsible for developing dashboards and conducting review meetings with sales and cross-functions.
