Role Overview

The Account Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth for HCN MY by managing key relationships with clients, agency partners, and social platforms.

This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to maintain rapport with HEPMIL creators and key accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create proposals for incoming client campaigns by working with HCN's creators in developing content that meets client objectives.
  • Ensure clients' objectives and timelines are met, overseeing creative development and video production, and ensuring smooth delivery of deliverables.
  • Manage campaign budgeting, proposal estimating, and agency profitability.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HCN creators by assigning jobs and leading in the creation of proposals.
