We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Performance Director to join our team and help us achieve our ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Provide sales forecasting, reporting, and analytics to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance.

Essential Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in sales operations, commercial management, or business development.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-oriented solutions that meet or exceed business objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
