Hiredly X is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors and answering phone inquiries.
  • Arrange meetings, travel, and other daily activities.
  • Manage office equipment and procure office supplies.
  • Support document handling, file organization, and archiving.
  • Facilitate communication between departments for smooth information exchange.
  • Perform other administrative support tasks as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in administrative management or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in related companies or contractor companies.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office software.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
