  • Malaysians only.
  • Required language(s): English.
  • Must be able to work in rotating shifts 24x7 (12-working-hours).
  • Open to fresh graduates with a degree in an IT/Computer Science-related field.
  • Prior internship experience in an IT-related role is a plus - troubleshooting/customer-facing role.
  • Good understanding of technical concepts such as CDN, DNS, HTTP, DDoS, TCP/IP etc.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux and networking fundamentals.
