Job Summary

This role is responsible for leading a team of sales managers and ensuring the commercial success of designated stores. The successful candidate will be accountable for maximizing sales opportunities, minimizing losses, and achieving sales targets while maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Generation
    • Maximize sales return per square foot.
    • Increase average basket and overall transactions.
    • Efficiency of sales promotion activities.
    • Analyze sales figures and seek ways to increase sales.
  • Customer Service
    • Build a service culture that drives excellent customer service.
    • Achieve company and store customer satisfaction score target.
  • Merchandise & Visual Merchandising
    • Liaise with the Merchandising Team to ensure best mix of merchandise.
    • Liaise with VM team to ensure high standards of merchandise presentation.
    • Plan and implement changes to merchandise layouts.
  • Operations
    • Ensure maximum efficiency by planning staffing resources.
    • Work closely with supporting team to ensure efficient ordering, delivery, and return of merchandise.
  • Cost Control
    • Manage stock take preparation/activities and initiate follow-up/investigation on stock loss.
    • Set and control budgets for designated areas.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales figures and identify areas for improvement.
  • Experience in retail operations and management.
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising and display techniques.
