Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad is seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Executive to join its team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external parties.

Job Summary

The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing Foreign Worker (FW) administration matters, including monthly reporting and compliance with regulations. This role will also involve recruitment, career fair participation, and induction programs for new joiners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage FW Administration matter (COM, ABS, 1st year sticker, etc.).
  • Handle FW related payments (Recruiting Agents, Transportation, etc.).
  • Handle FW Clearance process at KLIA.
  • Assist in liaising with the FW Agents.
  • Ensure compliance of "No Recruitment Fee".
  • Ensure all FW recruitment documents (as per quota cycle) are updated, administered, and monitored at all times.
  • Assist in the FW audits at the Operating Centres (OCs).
  • Handle FW analytics.
  • Assist in dealing with Immigration Ipoh/ Putrajaya.
  • Assist in Source Countries Interview.
  • Assist in arranging the receipt and return of passports to OCs.
  • Any other jobs assigned from time to time.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource/ Management/ Sciences or equivalent from recognized universities with a minimum CGPA of 3.0. Working experience of 1 – 2 years in Human Resource is an added advantage. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently with minimum supervision and have strong analytical and data gathering skills.
