About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Operations Assistant Manager to support multiple operational responsibilities within our startup environment. The successful candidate will assist with daily tasks, work with multiple teams, and gain valuable work experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the Operations Manager in operational duties.
  2. Manage daily operations to ensure delivery deadlines are met while maintaining quality control standards.
  3. Improve productivity within the department by setting clear performance metrics and goals, finding ways to enhance efficiency in daily operations.
  4. Assess existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategies to improve operations, which may involve reengineering processes, automating tasks, and introducing new technologies.
  5. Monitor and report on performance, issues, and opportunities for improvement to senior management.
  6. Manage teams for accuracy and compliance, providing ongoing feedback to help team members excel in their roles.
