HH Korean Language Center is committed to providing premium Korean language education in Malaysia. To support our expansion, we are seeking an accomplished Sales and Marketing Lead to spearhead student recruitment, amplify brand presence, and design impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Performance & Paid Advertising

  • Design and implement paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms to optimize ROI.
  • Analyze essential metrics (CPC, CTR, conversions) and continually refine strategies for enhanced results.

Campaign Management & Events

  • Conceptualize and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns for student enrollment, engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Organize and execute offline and online promotional events, workshops, and partnerships to boost visibility and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth campaign execution.

Brand Strategy & Leadership

  • Pioneer brand positioning and messaging to distinguish HH Korean Language Center in the market.
  • Develop and apply creative storytelling strategies to foster customer engagement.
  • Remain informed about industry trends and competitor strategies, introducing innovative ideas to elevate the brand.

Content Development & Execution

  • Oversight and creation of high-quality social media content, posters, announcements, email newsletters, and video marketing resonating with target audiences.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms, aligning with business objectives.
  • Optimize content for SEO and engagement while managing content calendars.

Project Management & Resource Allocation

  • Efficient resource planning and allocation to maximize reach and impact.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution.
  • Monitor expenditures and analyze ROI to inform data-driven recommendations.
  • Development and implementation of sales strategies to increase student enrollments for Korean language courses.
  • Nurturing relationships with corporate partners, schools, and community groups to drive referrals and collaborations.
  • Tracking sales performance metrics and refining strategies to improve conversion rates.
