Administrative Assistant

This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who enjoys multitasking in a lively environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the events and management team.
- Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for events.
- Handle data entry, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Maintain and organize event documentation, contracts, and files.
- Assist with inventory management for event supplies and office materials.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role (experience in an events company is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
