Job Description

Senior IT Recruitment Specialist required to drive business growth through effective talent acquisition strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, nurturing and converting leads into sales opportunities, as well as providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales lead gen activity reports to management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, nurture and convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Provide consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales lead gen activity reports to management.
  • Daily Sales Pipeline and Activity to be updated in CRM and maintained.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to the technology industry staying educated on the new regulations, our product solutions changes, innovations and trends.
Requirements

Minimum 5 years of inbound/inside/tele sales experience. Experience with lead generation and handling preferably enterprise accounts is a must.

  • Must possess excellent communication skills both oral and written and be skilled in 'Selling via Phone' successfully.
  • Must be experienced selling technical and integrated IT premium priced solutions, be a successful prospector, and be able to independently develop new prospects in a highly competitive environment.
