Job Summary

 

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Manager to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and inbound leads.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and offering appropriate solutions.
  3. Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct product demos, presentations, and meetings with potential clients to showcase the company's products/services.
  4. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales quotas, ensuring consistent achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  5. Account Management: Work closely with existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and expand business within current clients.
  6. Market Research: Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position the company's solutions.
  7. Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, forecast future sales, and maintain accurate records in the company CRM system.
  8. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and a seamless experience for clients.
