Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to spearhead our domestic sales efforts and drive business growth in the Southern region.
This role will focus on developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, analyzing market trends, and negotiating with trade partners for favorable trading conditions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet management objectives.
- Analyze market activity and reform sales strategy accordingly.
- Negotiate with trade partners to secure favorable terms.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate a team to deliver results.
A bachelor's degree in marketing or a relevant field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices is also essential.
