Job Description

Azeus Systems Limited is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Human Capital Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal to the success of our organization, and we are looking for a seasoned professional with experience in handling global HR functions.

About the Role:

  • We are offering a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of human resources, including payroll, training, performance appraisal, and talent management.
  • You will manage a full spectrum of HR & Admin. functions and operations, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption.
  • Your responsibilities will include onboarding and offboarding staff, updating and maintaining employee records, and coordinating with the Finance team regarding monthly payroll computation.
  • You will also be responsible for planning and executing training programs, conducting yearly Training Needs Analysis (TNA), and organizing event planning and employee engagement events.
  • In addition, you will ensure that HR & Admin. policies and Standard Operating Procedures are being followed, and experience with handing/creating Sales Agreement is required.
  • Qualifications for this role include 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, ability to effectively work in a multicultural and diverse environment, and excellent communication, organizational skills and attention to details.
  • A self-starter with minimal supervision is required for this position.
