Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the automotive sector.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including manufacturers and dealerships.
  • Solution Sales: Promote and sell Autobarn's automotive solutions.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Sales Support: Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Business Outcomes: Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements
  • Professional Background: Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field (preferably in the automotive industry).
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Language Ability: Mandarin or Chinese language proficiency is an added advantage.
  • Travel Commitment: Willing to travel for client meetings, events, and business development activities.
  • Personal Characteristics: Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Driving Licence: Possess a valid driver's license and own transportation.
