About the Role

The HR Generalist is a key member of our team, responsible for managing critical HR functions across F&B and retail operations. This includes recruitment, payroll processing, employee relations, training, compliance, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee end-to-end hiring processes for restaurant, store, and corporate roles, ensuring seamless integration into our organization.
  2. Payroll Administration: Manage payroll using iPayroll (HR2000), guaranteeing accuracy in salaries, OT, incentives, and deductions.
  3. Employee Relations: Handle staff claims, allowances, and off-cycle payments, addressing grievances and conducting investigations as needed.
  4. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and statutory deductions, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and industry regulations.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. 2-5 years of HR experience in F&B or retail industries.
  3. Experience with iPayroll (HR2000) and payroll processing.
  4. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
