The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing e-commerce strategies to drive business growth at marketplaces. This includes planning and executing sales promotions, store operations, social media campaigns, and brand exposure initiatives.

You will work closely with our Brand team to negotiate and discuss plans for e-commerce activities, campaigns, and promotions. Your strong communication skills will enable you to effectively manage entire store operations for clients and communicate with e-commerce platform PICs and internal teams.

We require the ideal candidate to possess strong analytical skills, particularly in data analytics, to review and analyze pertinent data to drive performance and suggest countermeasures. Additionally, you should be able to explore and improve e-commerce platform sales by utilizing available marketing tools.

This role requires at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in e-commerce operation, familiarity with mainstream e-commerce platforms' operation rules and processes, and proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Melayu (an added advantage). You will also need to answer questions regarding your right to work in Malaysia, expected monthly basic salary, types of qualifications, and years of experience as an eCommerce Marketing Executive.
