**Job Description**

Sales Account Manager Role
  • Oversee relationships between Maxis and Small Medium Enterprise (SME) clients in Sarawak as a Sales Account Manager.
  • Responsible for maintaining long-term key customers by comprehending their requirements.

The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with strategic customers, identify needs, and promote Maxis' solutions to achieve mutual satisfaction.

As a Sales Account Manager, your goal is to contribute to sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic and tactical plans for a bigger market portfolio and ensure KPIs and goals are met.
  • Maintain market position by identifying potential business deals and building close relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Formulate retention strategies to minimize churn rates and provide data/information for potential business deals by analyzing market strategy, examining risks, and ensuring financial accuracy.
  • Protect company information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Grow account depth and breadth, and assist the collection team with customers' aging.

Key responsibilities also include diligently updating the CRM pipeline, developing account plans, working with ECO for operational smoothness, and driving every opportunity to closure with a close plan.

  • Result-driven individual who can help customers by providing solutions based on their needs.
  • Tertiary education in business administration, sales, or a relevant field.
