Our company, Wearecgl, is focusing on the international market expansion of high-quality alkaline batteries. As a Country Manager, you will formulate and implement market development strategies, build and manage local sales channels, promote brand influence, and ensure sales targets are achieved.

Job Description:
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies and market expansion plans for the local market.
  2. Manage local distributors, wholesalers, and channel partners to establish a robust sales network.
  3. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional strategies tailored to the local market.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in market development, sales, or business expansion, preferably in the batteries or consumer electronics industries.
  • Familiarity with the operational model of the local market and prior business expansion experience in the region is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to handle cross-cultural team collaboration.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to independently develop and implement market development plans.
  • Strong data analysis skills to develop action plans based on market data.
  • Proficiency in localese and English, with Chinese proficiency being an advantage.
  • A high sense of responsibility, adaptability to changing market environments, and ability to handle issues independently.
