Job Description

Holiday Tours & Travel Malaysia is seeking a Client Growth and Development Leader to drive sales growth and develop a strong sales pipeline. This role will focus on identifying and targeting new corporate travel clients, building relationships with key decision-makers, and executing sales strategies to acquire new business.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Identification and Targeting: Identify potential corporate travel customers and develop targeted sales approaches to acquire new business.
  2. Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute sales plans to acquire new corporate travel customers, leveraging market trends and customer needs.
  3. Negotiation and Deal Closure: Lead negotiations with prospective clients to secure contracts and agreements, ensuring deals are structured to meet both client needs and HTT's business objectives.
  4. Team Performance Management: Coach and motivate a team of sales managers and representatives to achieve high sales performance and exceed client acquisition goals.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the corporate travel industry.
  3. Proven track record in building and growing a B2B sales pipeline and leading a sales team.
