About the Role:

This Sales Support Consultant position plays a vital role in enabling our sales team to drive revenue growth through effective cross-selling strategies, content creation, and strong stakeholder relationship management. We're looking for a highly motivated and articulate individual with a business or marketing background, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:
  1. Cross-Selling Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-selling opportunities within existing customer accounts and Net New Prospects
  2. Targeted Cross-Selling Plans: Develop and implement targeted cross-selling plans, including identifying potential products/services, crafting compelling messaging, and tracking results
  3. Customer Data Analysis: Analyse customer data to identify trends and patterns that inform cross-selling strategies
Value Proposition Development:
  1. Industry Focus: Understand our industry focus and develop value propositions that resonate with our target audience
  2. Customized Value Propositions: Tailor value propositions to specific customer needs and pain points
  3. Sales Collateral: Create compelling sales collateral, including presentations, brochures, and case studies, that highlight the value of our offerings
Content Creation and Representation:
  1. Engaging Content: Develop engaging and informative content that supports sales efforts, including blog posts, articles, white papers, and social media content
  2. Brand Messaging: Collaborate with marketing to ensure consistent brand messaging and content strategy
  3. Sales Materials: Maintain and update sales materials and content library
  4. VISEO Brand Representation: Represent VISEO brand and participate in physical and virtual events
Relationship Management and Sales Support:
  1. Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales team members, and internal departments
  2. Customer Inquiries: Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
  3. Customer Needs: Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns
Sales Presentation Development:
  1. Compelling Presentations: Create compelling and professional sales presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition
  2. Data Analysis: Collate and analyse data to support presentation content and demonstrate ROI that includes both qualitative & quantitative metrics
  3. Presentation Personalization: Ensure presentations are personalized to specific audiences and objectives
  4. VISEO Offering Catalogue: Prepare a catalogue of VISEO's offering by targeted Industry, Buyer Persona and Geography
  5. Sales Support: Provide general sales support, including preparing proposals, managing sales documentation, and coordinating meetings
  6. Sales Performance Metrics: Track sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to the sales team
  7. Sales Campaigns: Assist with sales campaigns and marketing initiatives
Requirements and Profile:
  1. Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in information Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  2. Experience: Proven experience in sales support, marketing, or customer service (preferred)
  3. Years of Experience: Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in Sales/Business Development
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  5. Presentation Skills: Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  6. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions
  7. Team Player: Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team player
  8. Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  9. CRM Software: Knowledge of CRM software (preferred)
