Sales Enablement and Support Professional

This Sales Support Consultant position plays a vital role in enabling our sales team to drive revenue growth through effective cross-selling strategies, content creation, and strong stakeholder relationship management. We're looking for a highly motivated and articulate individual with a business or marketing background, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:- Cross-Selling Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-selling opportunities within existing customer accounts and Net New Prospects
- Targeted Cross-Selling Plans: Develop and implement targeted cross-selling plans, including identifying potential products/services, crafting compelling messaging, and tracking results
- Customer Data Analysis: Analyse customer data to identify trends and patterns that inform cross-selling strategies
- Industry Focus: Understand our industry focus and develop value propositions that resonate with our target audience
- Customized Value Propositions: Tailor value propositions to specific customer needs and pain points
- Sales Collateral: Create compelling sales collateral, including presentations, brochures, and case studies, that highlight the value of our offerings
- Engaging Content: Develop engaging and informative content that supports sales efforts, including blog posts, articles, white papers, and social media content
- Brand Messaging: Collaborate with marketing to ensure consistent brand messaging and content strategy
- Sales Materials: Maintain and update sales materials and content library
- VISEO Brand Representation: Represent VISEO brand and participate in physical and virtual events
- Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales team members, and internal departments
- Customer Inquiries: Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
- Customer Needs: Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns
- Compelling Presentations: Create compelling and professional sales presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition
- Data Analysis: Collate and analyse data to support presentation content and demonstrate ROI that includes both qualitative & quantitative metrics
- Presentation Personalization: Ensure presentations are personalized to specific audiences and objectives
- VISEO Offering Catalogue: Prepare a catalogue of VISEO's offering by targeted Industry, Buyer Persona and Geography
- Sales Support: Provide general sales support, including preparing proposals, managing sales documentation, and coordinating meetings
- Sales Performance Metrics: Track sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to the sales team
- Sales Campaigns: Assist with sales campaigns and marketing initiatives
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in information Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience: Proven experience in sales support, marketing, or customer service (preferred)
- Years of Experience: Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in Sales/Business Development
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Presentation Skills: Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions
- Team Player: Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team player
- Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- CRM Software: Knowledge of CRM software (preferred)
