Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our team at TIME's Group. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our retail outlets across Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and Support Sales Performance: You will be responsible for monitoring and supporting all aspects that contribute to sales performance, including stock levels, inventory management, and sales forecasting.
  • Inventory Management: You will ensure that proper stock levels are maintained and handle any delivery issues that may arise.
  • Retail Merchandising: You will build up a rapport with our retail merchandisers and work closely with them to ensure that our retail outlets are well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Outlet Operations: You will ensure that our retail outlets are running smoothly and efficiently, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Marketing and Promotion: You will be responsible for executing and developing marketing plans and strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Team Management: You will work closely with our retail team to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Communication: You will act as a middle person for all communication between retail operations and our headquarters, ensuring that information is shared effectively and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Marketing or Business Studies: You will have a degree in marketing or business studies, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in Retail: You will have experience in retail operations, preferably in a management role.
  • Language Skills: You will be fluent in English and have a good understanding of Mandarin, as you will be working with Mandarin-speaking suppliers.
  • Transportation: You will have your own transportation and be willing to travel regularly.
  • Work Schedule: You will be willing to work a 6-day week, including weekends.
