  • Leadership and Development: Direct the employee assessment process and provide opportunities for growth and development.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare regular reports for upper management and ensure that all stakeholders are informed of business performance.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all employees follow health and safety regulations and that the business is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Problem-Solving: Provide solutions to issues such as profit decline, employee conflicts, and loss of business to competitors.
Requirements and Skills
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role.
  • Business Acumen: Experience in planning and budgeting, and knowledge of business processes and functions.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong analytical ability, outstanding organizational and leadership skills, and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Education: BSc/BA in Business or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Asean Tourism Industry.
