Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to the Head of Department and related parties in the sales, administration, and management work.

Key Responsibilities
  • To assist the Head of Department in developing and implementing marketing strategies and achieving departmental goals.
  • To secure new and renewal accounts under broker portfolio.
  • Servicing brokers under portfolio, assisting with claims and handling issues raised by brokers.
  • To manage premium collections and monitor outstanding premium aging to desired levels.
  • Executing all sales and marketing-related activities and assisting the Head of Department on daily operations and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
  1. A degree or equivalent and 8 or more years of sales experience in the General broking segment.
