Strategic Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to the Head of Department and related parties in the sales, administration, and management work.
Key Responsibilities- To assist the Head of Department in developing and implementing marketing strategies and achieving departmental goals.
- To secure new and renewal accounts under broker portfolio.
- Servicing brokers under portfolio, assisting with claims and handling issues raised by brokers.
- To manage premium collections and monitor outstanding premium aging to desired levels.
- Executing all sales and marketing-related activities and assisting the Head of Department on daily operations and marketing initiatives.
- A degree or equivalent and 8 or more years of sales experience in the General broking segment.
