Sales Account Manager with Strategic Focus

We're looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team, focusing on Pest Control and Air Care categories in the North and East Coast regions. As a key player, you'll develop and execute strategies that drive sales and market share growth.
Job Overview:
- Drive Growth: Lead the development and implementation of regional strategies to drive sales and market share growth.
- Team Leadership: Foster high-performing sales teams, inspiring direct and indirect teams, and leading Joint Business Planning (JBP) with distributors and key customers.
- Influential Partnership Building: Develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Customer Marketing, Finance, Sales Operations, and Supply Chain.
- Promoting Innovation: Drive innovation and growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
What You'll Bring:
- Expertise: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Regional Sales Manager and distributor management, preferably in FMCG Industry
- Cultural Fit: Strong alignment with our company culture, values, and leadership principles
- Language Skills: Fluency in Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin, and English
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office and other relevant tools
