About the Role:

  1. Operations & Process Management: Oversee daily operations, improve and optimize existing processes, and ensure adherence to SOPs, stepping in as a backup for the team when needed.
  2. Team Leadership & Development: Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
  3. Reporting & Performance Tracking: Track key operational metrics, analyze trends, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  4. Risk & Compliance Management: Identify potential operational risks, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and implement mitigation strategies.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, customer support, and technology teams, to align operational processes and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience: In operations, preferably in digital financing or fintech.
  2. Strong leadership skills: Problem-solving, analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure.
  3. Prior experience: In process automation will be an added advantage.
  4. Ability to manage multiple priorities: And work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
